Fattoria Michi includes a cultivation of 500 olive trees and produces an average of 5/6 quintals of Extra-virgin Olive Oil every year. The olive varieties used are Frantoio and Leccino.
As the production of Extra-virgin Olive Oil is rather limited, our aim is to reach the highest quality as possible. Thus, we take advantage of the best olive oil extraction and storage processes.
Fattoria Michi's Extra-virgin Olive Oil is packed in 500ml and 250ml bottles and is mainly consumed in our Farm Holiday or bought by our guests as a pleasant souvenir.
