Raw material: pomace fermented from a first pressing coming from Montecarlo place.
Grapes blend: Chardonnay, Sauvignon e Vermentino.
Distillation system: Continuous distillation through direct steam and re-distillation with vacuum columns.
Fermentation: 6 months in a stainless steel tank.
Ageing: 12 months in barrique
Colour: straw yellow.
Taste: intense, balanced with light fruity final aromas, spiced vanilla flavours.
Alcohol: 43% vol
