The small company of Serge is situated in Louvois on the south slope of Reims mountains.
His vineyards are located on ground consecrated to Premier Crug and suitable Pinot Noir production.
His property has four hectares of surface plated with vines and it was founded in 1952 by his father Robert.
His champagne represent the typical structure and complexity of Pinot Noir matched with the elegance and refinement of Chardonnay in the Couvee.
