Champagne Collard Picard
Placed at Villers sous Chatillon, “Champagne Collard Picard” house is founded in 1996 by Olivier and Caroline Picard, after their viticulture-oenology studies and learning the familial know-how.
Récoltant manipulant on a vineyard of 11hectares, they are always environmentally aware while cultivating the following three grapes variety on the most adapted land, “en lutte raisonée”:
40% Chardonnay Grand cru nella Côte in the Blancs (Mesnil sur Orger e Orger).
40% Pinot Meunier on the right-hand side of the Vallée de la Marne (Villers sous Chatillon, Reuil, Binson e Orquigny, Chassins, Olizy).
20% Pinot Noir (Vertus ler cru and Vallée della Marne).
