Fattoria Michi’s wines are produced joining modern technologies with old enologic traditions.

Our cellar is fully equipped with all the tools suitable to exalt and preserve the wines features. Thus, there you can find not only purposely selected barriques (small oak barrels) but also modern temperature control systems and stainless steel tanks placed side by side. The cellar is also equipped with a modern vacuum bottling system and every step of the vinification process must comply with a rigid hygienic protocol.

Fattoria Michi produces Montecarlo DOC and Tuscany IGT wines. Both typologies are produced to represent Montecarlo's area wine vocation to the best.
