Fattoria Michi Estate extends for 34 hectares and includes a vineyard, whose extension is 16.50 ha, and 2 ha of olive-growing.
The vineyard (South-East exposure) is disposed “a rittochino” (following the maximum slope line) and produces 60% white grapes and 40% red grapes.
The production cycle is made of highly specialised processes both mechanical and manual. During the vintage picking and selection of the grapes are carried out with extreme care; primary and second fermentation take place at controlled temperatures; modern equipments are used for bottling and packaging as to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of wines and storage places are chosen with great care.
We distribute the finished product by our own agents.
